• Led the design direction for Intego’s account redesign, from reviewing the existing experience and research findings to UX/UI design and developer handoff. The designs were approved and moved into development.
• Built core parts of a shared design system, including color and icon tokens, components, and reusable content blocks, working with designers and developers to improve consistency.
• Designed pricing and checkout variations in collaboration with CRO teams, using behavioral analytics and session recordings to inform design decisions. One variation contributed to a 19.6% increase in add-on purchases and a 6% lift in average order value.
